Having admired my colleagues bag collection from Olivia & Gray for months, I was happy to purchase a bag for myself!
When it came to packing my order it was discovered that the bag I had chosen was out of stock.
This was dealt with so wonderfully with a personal email and also photos sent for me to choose an alternative.
I was so pleased with how it was handled, rather than simply just refunding my money which would have left me feeling disappointed, a positive solution was found in an impeccably timed manner.

What a wonderful service. I was so excited to receive my hat. It certainly didn’t disappoint 🤩 I’m currently on a cruise and it’s my daily go to. Fabulous quality and so stylish!

I found the website by chance and ordered the Arabella mini personalised. Order arrived within a few days, packaged beautifully and I couldn’t be happier. The only fault that I could find would be that the gold printed initials are ever so slightly smudged, but only noticeable under scrutiny and this doesn’t bother me at all as to look at the bag is beautiful.
It’s big enough for my phone, keys and a lipstick, but still petite as I wanted a little bag for the essentials. Really pleased and now considering my next purchase.

I wanted a bag for my wedding that I would actually use again afterwards. The colour is perfect for my theme and matches my shoes perfectly. The bag is a perfect size and lovely quality. I love the personalisation with my new initials on. I’ll be taking my bag on honeymoon too. The photo doesn’t do the colour and quality justice!!
