Please note that due to the textured surface of the pebbled leather, small breaks may appear in the foil stamping, all items are hand stamped and/or crafted, position of monogram my differ as all products are a one off to your personalisation.

Yes. Complimentary personalisation is included with every order with up to 3 initials in capitals or your name in a script font, finished in your choice of gold, silver or white foil. Simply enter your preference at checkout or leave a note with your order.

2. Is this a good gift?
It makes a brilliant gift, every order comes with complimentary gift wrapping and a branded gift bag in our signature tissue paper, included at no extra cost. The personalisation makes it feel genuinely thoughtful and one of a kind. Popular for birthdays, hen parties, bridal parties and summer holidays.

3. Do you offer bulk orders for hen parties or group holidays?
Yes. The straw bags are one of our most popular hen party and bridal party bags. Get in touch at hello@oliviaandgray.co.uk with your group size and date and we will do our best to accommodate you with bulk order pricing.

4. How long does personalisation take?
Standard personalised orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 days via 48hr Royal Mail Tracked. Express is available at £6.50 and dispatches within 1 to 3 days via 24hr Royal Mail Tracked. UK delivery is £4.50 or free on orders over £75.

5. Can I return a personalised straw bag?
Because each bag is personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check your initials and foil colour choice before placing your order.
